CR系列超微冲击磨
CR系列超微冲击磨是根据国内外众多类型的冲击磨特点，结合我公司多年的粉体工程实践研制而成，集独特的粉碎机理和分级技术于一体机，具有超细粉碎和打散、整形等功能。适用于莫氏硬度小于3的物料的粉碎。
工作原理
物料由定量喂料装置送入粉碎腔后，在高速旋转的回转体和镶有齿形衬板的定子之间产生激烈冲击、剪切和研磨，实现对物料超细粉碎的目的。粉碎后的物料经分级装置及时分级，较粗物料返回继续粉碎，合格细粉被后续设备收集。
性能特点
集粉碎分级于一体，合格细粉得到及时分级提取，避免了过粉碎。
物料粒度分布窄，产品细度d97=2～100um范围内可调。
机内气流的流动可起到降温作用，适于对热敏感物料的粉碎。
系统全封闭负压运行，无粉尘污染。
对团聚物料具有打散、解聚功能。
粉碎室可配自动排渣装置，自动排除物料中的难磨粒子和杂质。
设备结构简单、紧凑，占地面积少。
易损件少，便于维护。
适用范围
本机型适应范围广泛，莫氏硬度小于3含水量小于15%的干性物料都可以采用本机进行粉碎。本机可用于片状、针状、纤维状物料的粉碎，也可用于对湿法生产的非金属矿粉干燥后的打散分级。特别用于化工、医药、食品、催化剂、氢氧化铝、氧化铝、滑石、云母、石墨、AC发泡剂、石油焦、农药、染料、涂料、炭黑、复印份、电子材料等行业。

Working principle
