CR系列超微冲击磨
CR系列超微冲击磨是根据国内外众多类型的冲击磨特点,结合我公司多年的粉体工程实践研制而成,集独特的粉碎机理和分级技术于一体机,具有超细粉碎和打散、整形等功能。适用于莫氏硬度小于3的物料的粉碎。
工作原理
物料由定量喂料装置送入粉碎腔后,在高速旋转的回转体和镶有齿形衬板的定子之间产生激烈冲击、剪切和研磨,实现对物料超细粉碎的目的。粉碎后的物料经分级装置及时分级,较粗物料返回继续粉碎,合格细粉被后续设备收集。
性能特点
集粉碎分级于一体,合格细粉得到及时分级提取,避免了过粉碎。
物料粒度分布窄,产品细度d97=2~100um范围内可调。
机内气流的流动可起到降温作用,适于对热敏感物料的粉碎。
系统全封闭负压运行,无粉尘污染。
对团聚物料具有打散、解聚功能。
粉碎室可配自动排渣装置,自动排除物料中的难磨粒子和杂质。
设备结构简单、紧凑,占地面积少。

适用范围
本机型适应范围广泛,莫氏硬度小于3含水量小于15%的干性物料都可以采用本机进行粉碎。本机可用于片状、针状、纤维状物料的粉碎,也可用于对湿法生产的非金属矿粉干燥后的打散分级。特别用于化工、医药、食品、催化剂、氢氧化铝、氧化铝、滑石、云母、石墨、AC发泡剂、石油焦、农药、染料、涂料、炭黑、复印份、电子材料等行业。

CR impact mill is developed and optimized based on the similar domestic and foreign products with our practical experience; the multifunction equipment is very suitable for grinding, classifying, shaping and depolymerizing the materials with Mohs’ hardness below 3 degree.
Working principle
Material feed into the grinding chamber by a dosing feeder,they are impacted,sheared and grinded by high speed rotating unit and stator equipped with grinding tooth, the oversized particle return for grinding and qualified is collected.
